Join me on the journey of discovery!

Next week I'll post up a preview URL that will become the feed URL. So stay tuned and you can add it to your aggregator of choice. And if you have no idea what I just said, tune in next week anyway as I'll briefly explain all this podcasting stuff...

Welcome to the Da Vinci Notebooks podcast blog

Just a perfunctory welcome to anyone and everyone wishing to read the blog that accompanies the podcast The Da Vinci Notebooks with Victor Agreda, Jr.

This weekly blog will further explore the links and topics discussed in the podcast. I'll also use this space to intermittently explore and examine a wide range of topics. Art, science, food, music, innovation, creativity, and lots more. The primary focus will be on increasing human potential, with a strong focus on creativity and innovation both personally and professionally.

Consider this the "show notes" for the podcast and appendices for further exploration and discussion...

To those of you wishing to know more about Leonardo Da Vinci and his work, please check out the Wikipedia article, which is full of links.

Keep in mind this is not a discussion of Da Vinci himself, the book "The Da Vinci Code," or a fansite for the man. Also notice I'm not calling this Leo's Notebooks, so as to avoid confusion with Leo Laporte, Leo DiCaprio, and other Leo's out there.

In closing, I'd like to explain how I came to start the podcast and blog to begin with. I received the book, How to Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci by Michael Gelb as a gift in 2004. Upon reading this, I was shocked to discover how many "principles" of Da Vincian thought I'd been practicing all my life. Many of these principles I'd been practicing since as long as I could remember. The spirit of Da Vinci seemed a good starting point to discuss the world around us, and how we can make it a better place.

So whether you're interested in boosting your own creativity, making your business more innovative, or just leading a richer, more fulfilling life, I think the blog/podcast would be worth a bit of your time. Please join me on a voyage of discovery!
